Travel pillow

Taking a long trip by bus, plane or car your body will be sore from sitting in one position for awhile.  Having a regular pillow doesn't properly support your neck and could actually make it worse, if you are sitting up especially.  That is why I went a searching for a travel pillow that is designed to support my neck while I am in a upright position.
